Logo Use Policy Institutional subscribers to any U.S. Business Reporter services may download, print, reproduce or otherwise display this logo on their library's web site or other advertising under the following circumstances and conditions: 1. By downloading the logo to your web site, you agree to be bound by this policy. 2. Only schools that subscribe or have a trial subscription to U.S. Busines Reporter may display the logo.When used on the web, the logo must always be an active link to the U.S. Busines Reporter service at: http://www.usbrn.com 3. The logo/graphic may be used within the academic community onmly. No commercial use is authorized. It may be posted to an educational institution's web page and /or may appear in posters or other advertisements for the U.S. Busines Reporter service. 4. The logo image includes the words , U.S. BusinessReporter. You may not remove or alter any element of the logo. In addition, the logo may not be displayed as a feature or design element of any other logo. However, other company logos may appear on the same Wb page as this logo. 5. Users may reduce, enlarge or otherwise change the size of the logo so long as the product name and registration markers remain visiable. 6. Th logo isavailable fre of charge to subscribers only. It may not be sold or used without the expres written permission of Centium, Inc., owner of the U.S. Busines Reporter trademark. 7. Attribution is required. The following text "The following Logo is reproduced with the permission of the publisher, Centium, Inc." should appear within close proximity to the design. 8. U.S. Business Reporter shall not hold liable for trademark infringement any authorized subscriber who downloads, prints , reproduces, or otherwise uses the atttached graphic so long as that use is in accordance with the policy and is carried out in a responsible manner. 9. Subscribers may not display the logo on any site that disparages U.S. Business Reporter or Centium, Inc. or their products or services, infringes on any U.S. Business Reporter intellectual property or other right; or violates any state, federal, or international law. 10. This policy shall be subject to change based on review and advice of the Office of General Counsel of Centium, Inc.
