Retail Classics is a new section we are adding to the U.S. Business Reporter network. Retail Classics will focus on defunct retailers which have either gone out of business, filed for bankrupcty, or merged/acquired with other retailers. These retailers obviously are no longer being reported by USBR on a regular basis. Such retailers may include, Good Guys Inc., Duane Reade, Eckerd's, Service Merchandise, among others. This section will be helpful for anyone performing long term retail research from particular retail categories.
